The short version: be decent, your words stay yours, packs never expire, artist plans include commercial use, and if you don't love your song we'll make it right.
What AllYearMusic is
AllYearMusic turns your words into fully produced, sung songs using AI music technology. The singing voices are AI-generated — they are not real human performers. Every song is generated fresh, so melodies and performances can resemble other AI-generated music, and we can't guarantee musical uniqueness.
Song packs, credits, and takes
A credit makes one song. A take is a re-recording of that same song — you can edit lyrics and settings between takes, but a take must remain the same song (our system checks; substantially different lyrics require a new credit). Purchased song packs never expire. Extra takes can be purchased for any song. All prices are shown before you pay; payments are processed by Stripe and we never see your card number.
Artist plans (subscriptions)
Artist plans add a monthly allowance of song credits (one take each). Unused plan credits roll over, up to a bank of two months' worth. You can cancel anytime from your account — you keep every song you've made, but unused plan credits expire when the subscription ends. Renewals bill monthly through Stripe until you cancel.
Who owns the songs
Your lyrics stay yours. Songs made with a song pack are for personal use — gifts, celebrations, sharing with the people you love. Songs made on an artist plan include commercial use: you may release, monetize, and distribute them. Note that AI-generated music may have limited copyright protection under current law, and rights depend in part on our music-technology providers' terms.
Money-back guarantee
If you don't love your song, contact us and we'll make it right — another take, a credit back, or a refund. Reach us by replying to any AllYearMusic email (your sign-in email or Stripe receipt works).
Fair use
Don't use AllYearMusic for anything unlawful, hateful, or harassing; don't impersonate real people; don't try to recreate copyrighted songs or lyrics you don't have rights to; and don't resell or share account access. We may decline to generate content that breaks these rules and may close accounts that abuse the service or its billing systems.
The practical stuff
Songs download as MP3 files — keep your copies backed up. The service depends on third-party AI providers, so brief outages can happen; a failed generation is never charged. We may update these terms as the product grows; meaningful changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
